Nathalie and Jean-Patrick Pacioselli run a tiny winery of 10 acres named Domaine Saint Jean in AOC Bellet located on the hills of Nice.
They started this vineyard from scratch in 2006 after years travelling all over the world for business: Jean-Patrick is a building engineer and Nathalie was in human ressources.
In 2000 they decided to establish their family home in Bellet with their 2 kids, to go back to school for 3 years to study vineyard management and winemaking in Burgundy.
